Mocha, Blue Mountain and Kilimanjaro are hired by King Gazelle of the "Tower of Wind" to steal the infamous "dragon's head" from the Shrine of Fire.The trio succeeds this mission only to discover that the head is actually alive! The dragon's head introduces himself as Morrow and convinces them to take him to the "Tower of Water".
After King Gazelle learns of the trio's betrayal to him, he hires the pirate Ginger to re-captured the "dragon's head". Just as the trio is cornered, a mysterious armored warrior appears. He defeats Ginger and takes possession of the "dragon's head".
The trio travels back to the "Tower of Wind" in order to solve the mystery hidden behind the "dragon's head". The mystery gradually unfolds.
The "dragon's head" is an organic program which was sent to the planet several years in the past to transform the "Tower of Wind" into an ultimate weapon of destruction known as the Space Dragon". It is King Gazelle who is after this enemy is out to destroy all of mankind. The "dragon's head" falls into the hands of this enemy and the "Space Dragon" becomes activated•••
