Kenichi, Evil grows in the underworld while good continues attempting to curb the threats of evil. The battle between good and evil is never-ending and the fate of the future is now laid upon the shoulders of four young lads, Aya, Yoji, Ken, Omi and two other new members, Sena and Kyou. They are the Knight Hunters who bring vicious criminals to justice.
Kouwa Academy under the guise of a high quality educational institution for grooming elites, is educating vast numbers of Japanese human talents. However, a dark power prevails on this campus. A series of unexplainable suicides occur, control of information is taken to the extreme and the academy is even suspected of involvement in frequent outbreaks of terrorist activities throughout the world. Furthermore, an unspeakable project is underway in the confines of the academy.
The Knight Hunters are sent out on a mission to get to the bottom of the activities of the academy. Aya sneaks into the academy as a teacher of world history, while Sena and Kyou sneak in as new students. Yoji and Ken fly to Europe to investigate the secret and terrorist activities that are being carried out behind the scene at the Kouwa Academy in Europe.
The battle between good and evil has begun. The last chapter of the battle is now on the move. As the Knights stand up against the mighty force of black power, each knight inevitably ends up fighting with the contradictions?the gap between what they believe in and the reality that they are faced with-that exist within themselves. The battle is unimaginably tough since the Knights are not allowed to follow their hearts as to the people or circumstances they are to confront.
